Pure Eden Valley Shiraz on the nose; deep, dark and brooding. Thick set, broad shouldered and a beautiful perfume of blueberries covered in milk chocolate and clove-cinnamon-cedar oak with notes of lifted eucalyptus and white pepper. A powerful combination full of rich dark fruit that is very typical of the cooler Eden Valley. A wave of clove-cinnamon-cedar oak mixed with a hint of fresh thyme and a full, round velvety finish.
