Full Bodied Dry
region
Eden Valley
A lush and beautiful wine from Eden Valley that displays super concentrated plush fruits with a long and seamless finish. Plush, bright and seamless, this will not disappoint.
Tasting Notes
Dark cherry, black plum and dried spice of nutmeg, ginger, caraway with lashings of coco powder. The fruit concentration leads to a lush, full and sweet fruit palate that is so finely textured but still dense with tannin. The fruit power persists through the palate and drives seamlessly with the tannins creating a harmonious finish with such grace and finesse

James Halliday - Wine Companion Dec 2023
"There were no tricks in the vinification of the wine: machine harvested, crushed, thence static fermentation on skins; matured in French oak (30% new) for 19 months. The complex bouquet offers red and black cherry and berry fruit. The palate adding texture and structure built on neatly structured and weighted tannins. The aftertaste is lively and fresh with a juicy line – it grows each time you sip it."
