The 2015 Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of excellent fruit sourced from both the Corryton Park vineyard and specially selected complementary parcels from the Barossa Valley floor.

2015 Corryton Park produced some purely varietal cabernet wines, deep plum in colour and richly perfumed with aromas of blackcurrant, mint, dark chocolate, with underlying aromas of coffee bean, earth and hints of liquorice and new leather. The palate is textural and luscious, with chocolate and berry flavours, supported with fine tannin.
